ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
RiskServers offers numerous services to measure and mitigate financial risk. Many basic services provided by RiskServers are free of charge to registered users. These free services are designed to promote financial risk management knowledge and education.
Many of the services available for free are nevertheless limited either through delayed data or limited access to the most advanced analytics.
This is because you already need to master this before you jump into the
next step.
Most advanced assets, risk analytics and proprietary
algorithms are indeed only available to professional subscribers.
RiskServers SA allows free access to it's technology, regardless of
origin, political motivation or religion.
RiskServers SA does
however reserve itself the right to refuse to sell it's products without
motication.
All services offered by RiskServers SA are subject to the following Terms
of Use:
RiskServers reserves the right to update this "Terms of Use"
("TOU") at any time
without specific notice to you.

DESCRIPTION OF POLICY.
RiskServers S.A. offers Tactical and Strategic financial risk management
tools to all users alike,
regardless of their country of origin, political motivations, ethnic origin or religious background.
RiskServers SA is committed towards security and user privacy. RiskServers does not engage in monitoring user activity.
All user data is encrypted and authenticated with AES 2048 and AES1024 GCM, hashed with SHA256, which are currently
considered the safest public high grade military algorithms
available.
We place a lot of effort and resources to ensure all programs are genuinely free from
security vulnerabilities. As a matter of policy, all applications delivered under the RiskServers brand are always
produced according to stringent COMSEC security standards that guarantee applications cannot be
infected with malicious software.

Users with restrictive data policies who cannot take the risk of sending any
information over third-party network must use
the stand-alone versions of the online components.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
RiskServers provides access to a variety of online and offline services including online and offline Financial-Risk-Management Calculations of Market, Credit, Country and Liquidity Risks, market data download, Risk analytics, Financial Engineering tools, calculation guides, development toolkits and Schemas (collectively "Services"). /P>
These Services,
including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any
new Web properties, are subject to this Terms Of Use ("TOU").
PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION.
Unless otherwise specified, the Services provided for free by RiskServers SA are for your own personal and
non-commercial use.
Free services provided by RiskServers SA are restricted
versions of the same risk measurement analytics licensed to corporate customers.
Many advanced analytics can only be accessed through licensed subscription.
As a free users, you may NOT modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, market data, software, products or services obtained from RiskServers SA Services.
PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
See the Privacy Statement disclosures relating to the collection and use of information provided by RiskServers SA.
NOTICE SPECIFIC TO ATTEMPTS TO REVERSE ENGINERING RISKSERVERS SOFTWARE.
Proprietary software provided by RiskServers contains
technology to detect, trap, trace and self-destruct in order to protect trade
secrets against
reverse engineering attempts.
As such you agree you will not attempt to reverse engineer any RiskServers
computer code provided by RiskServers SA.
By Reverse Engineering attempts we assume any attempt to
- Run the software in a hardware or software debugger in order to gain knowledge of how the software performs a specific task
- modify executable code that is part of the software.
- modify the license that was delivered with the software.
- to move back your computer's date in order to thwart license expiration.
You also agree to full responsibility in case it can be proven you have attempted to reverse engineer the software. You also agree to hold RiskServers SA and its owners harmless from any direct, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever from loss of data or profits resulting from software self destruction during a reverse engineering attempt.
NOTICE SPECIFIC TO SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON RISKSERVERS SITES.
The software that is made available to download from the Services
("Software") is the copyrighted work of RiskServers SA. Use of
the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any,
which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement").
An end
user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a
License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
The Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH RERODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED IN WRITTING BY THE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING SUCH COFTWARE.
THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENCE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRAJTED IN THE LICANSE AGREEMENT, RISKSERVERS CORPORATION HEREBY DICCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILIDY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, RISKSERVERS MAY MAKE AVAILABLE AS PART OF THE SERVICES OR IN ITS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, TOOLS AND UTILITIES FOR USE AND/OR DOWNLOAD.
RISKSERVERS DOES NOT MAKE ANY ASSURANCES WITH REGARD TO THE ACCURACY OF THE
RESULTS OR OUTPUT THAT DERIVES FROM USE OF ANY SUCH TOOLS AND UTILITIES.
PLEASE
RESPECT THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS WHEN USING THE TOOLS AND
UTILITIES MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICES OR IN RISKSERVERS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.

Permission to use Documents (such as white papers, on-line help, datasheets and FAQs) from the Services is granted, provided that (1) the below copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear, (2) use of such Documents from the Services is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (3) no modifications of any Documents are made. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

THE DOCUMENTS AND RELATED GRAPHICS PUBLISHED ON THE SERVICES COULD INCLUDE TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.
For Services that require you to open an account, you must complete the
registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate
information as prompted by the applicable registration form.
All your member
account information is encrypted with military grade 1024 AES and can only be
accessed by you through proper authentication.
This means you are solely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your password and account.
Furthermore, you are entirely
responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree
to notify RiskServers immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any
other breach of security. RiskServers will not be liable for any loss that you may
incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or
without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by
RiskServers or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the
account holder.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.
As a condition to your use of the Services provided by RiskServers SA, you will
NOT use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these
terms, conditions, and notices:
You may not use the Services in any manner that
will damage, disable,
overburden, or impair any RiskServers public or private servers, or the network(s) connected to any
RiskServers server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any
Services provided by RiskServers SA.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other
accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any RiskServers server or to
any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any
means not intentionally made available through RiskServers SA Services.
